The Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (Bureau) petitions for review of the February 8, 2011 order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming the decision of a Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) granting the petition of the City of Wilkes-Barre (Wilkes-Barre) for Supersedeas Fund Reimbursement.
