Christopher Ray Schultz appeals from the summary dismissal of his petition for post-conviction relief. We affirm.

BACKGROUND

In December 2005, Schultz pleaded guilty to robbery and attempted rape with a sentence enhancement for use of a deadly weapon. Before sentencing, Schultz participated in a court-ordered psychosexual evaluation (PSE). This is his third appeal to this Court pertaining to his convictions.
