This was an action by Messers. Randolph and Butler, attorneys, to recover from Ned Gill and the Ned Gill Building Corporation, hereafter called the Corporation, jointly and severally, attorneys’ fees alleged to have been earned by plaintiffs in connection with a law suit brought in the name of the Corporation against the Continental Oil Company, hereafter called the Continental, and against the Ramada Club, a social club of Houston.
