This is an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered November 8, 1973 in Albany County, which denied the motion of the plaintiffs in Action No. 1 to consolidate the two actions with venue fixed in Albany County, and granted the motion of the plaintiff in Action No. 2 fixing venue of that action in Rockland County.
