MEMORANDUM OPINION
HEYBURN, District Judge.
The Court has before it the parties’ cross-motions for summary judgment. Plaintiff seeks to collect on her deceased husband’s life insurance policy and Defendant disputes the amount she is entitled to collect. The issue central to the disposition of this case is whether the life insurance policy’s incontest ability clause precludes Defendant’s dispute over the benefits Plaintiff is entitled to receive.
