Richard Trott brings this appeal from an order finding that a trust executed by Kathryn Rhodehamel, deceased, did not include the real estate owned by Ms. Rhodehamel at the time of her death, nor the monies held in her account at Superior Federal Bank. For reversal, appellant argues that the trial court erred in ruling that the trust document was not effective to transfer ownership of these properties into the trust. We find no error and affirm.
