This case involves a dispute concerning two conveyances covering the same property, one involving the sale of the real estate, and the other a lease which was executed between the time that the contract for sale was entered into and the deed to the property was delivered. The land was registered under “An Act concerning land titles” (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1973, ch. 30, par. 45 etseq.).
