| )The defendant, Herman Robinson a/k/a Isaih Robinson (“Robinson”), was charged by bill of information on 17 July 2008 with possession of cocaine, a violation of La. R.S. 40:967 C(2). Robinson pleaded not guilty at his 23 July 2008 arraignment. The trial court denied his motion to suppress the evidence.
