The judgment of Special Term should be reversed. While on parole, on October 18, 1977 petitioner was arrested and charged with a Federal offense. On February 22, 1978, petitioner was found guilty of these charges after trial in United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. On April 13, 1978 he was sentenced to a term of imprisonment for a period of one year and one day, to be served at the Federal Correctional Facility in Danbury, Connecticut.
