Affirming.
Appellant, John B. Nichols, is the duly elected and qualified clerk of the Boyle county court. He brought this action under the Declaratory Judgment Act (section 639a-1 et seq., Civil Code) for a determination of the question as to whether or not he is entitled to compensation for making out tax bills for the board of education of Danville, a city of the fourth class.
