Plaintiff Judith Russo alleges that she was sexually harassed by Thomas Trom-betto, the president of her former employer, Lightning Fulfillment, Inc., and that after she filed a complaint with the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities (“CHRO”) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”), she was retaliated against and eventually constructively discharged.
