Affirming.

The appellants, J. L. Phipps and S. E. Smith, resident taxpayers of Mayfield, a city of the fourth class, suing for themselves and other taxpayers of the same municipality, brought this action in the court below against that city, its mayor and the members of its council, seeking, by injunction, to prevent them from issuing or ’Selling certain bonds of the city, amounting in the aggregate to $20,000.00, the issuance and sale of which had been authorized by an ordinance passed by its council.
