GREGORY, Circuit Judge:
Xoom, Inc. (“Xoom”) filed suit in federal district court against Imageline, Inc. (“Im-ageline”), seeking relief under federal and state law for alleged violations of the Copyright Act of 1976 (“Copyright Act”) and interference with contractual rights.
