Appellants Morningside Development, LLC; Morningside Holdings of Satyr Hill, LLC; and G. Neville Turner (collectively, the “Defendants”) appeal a judgment of more than $736,000 entered against them, jointly and severally, following an October 2000 bench trial in the District of Maryland.
