The history of this workmen’s compensation case dis closes that subsequent to September 11, 1936, when claimant filed a petition for compensation for the death of her husband, the referee three times made an order of disallowance, and three times the Workmen’s Compensation Board affirmed the referee. The court of common pleas has affirmed the board and dismissed claimant’s appeal. She has now appealed to this court.

The basic reason for the disallowance was that deceased did not sustain an accidental injury in the course of his employment.
