This matter came before the court on a motion for relief from stay filed by Michigan National Bank (MNB) to obtain possession of certain real estate owned by Gretchen Andersen (Debtor) pursuant to a guaranty given by her in July, 1981, on the debt owed by Andersen Swine Producers, Inc., a family farm business.
