This action involves claims brought by James F. and Linda H. Chavers against Frank D. Frazier, his wife, Jamie Carter Frazier, a business owned by Mrs. Frazier known as Jamie, Inc., and a business owned by Mr. Frazier known as Conn-Aire, Inc.
