MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiff Sonia Falk brings this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (“Section 1983”) against Defendants Kane County Sheriff Patrick B. Perez (“Defendant Perez”), Kane County Sheriffs Deputy Brian Lewis (“Defendant Lewis”), and Wells Fargo Bank (‘Wells Fargo”) alleging violations of the Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments of the Constitution. (R. 46, Third Am. Compl. ¶¶ 4-6, 25, 30.)
