This matter is before the Court on the Adversary Proceeding (the “Complaint”) filed by Richard Carson Peterson (hereinafter the “Plaintiff’). The Plaintiff seeks a determination as to the dischargeability of his unpaid federal income tax obligations for tax years 1992, 1993, 1996, 1997 and 1998.
