LOKEN, Chief Judge.
Christopher Wayne Lamoreaux appeals his mail fraud conviction under 18 U.S.C. § 1341, arguing the evidence was insufficient, rebuttal evidence was improperly ad mitted, and an instruction issue. He also appeals the 21-month prison sentence imposed by the district court. 1 We affirm.
I. Sufficiency of the Evidence.
