The issue presented by this appeal is whether petitioner Ronald L. Williams’ claims under the New Jersey Workers’ Compensation Act, including his claim against the Uninsured Employers’ Fund pursuant to N.J.S.A 34:15-120.1, are barred by his pursuit of workers’ compensation benefits in Pennsylvania arising out of the same injury.
