MEMORANDUM OPINION
DOUGLAS O. TICE, Jr., Chief Judge.
Trial was held December 7, 2000, on the plaintiff Global Express Money Orders, Inc.’s (Global) complaint for determination of dischargeability of debt pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(B) and (a)(4). At the conclusion of trial the plaintiff withdrew its complaint against debtor/defendant Margaret S. Davis, and the court ruled that the complaint would be dismissed as to her.
