Defendant-appellant Will Abner (defendant) was arrested on February 13,1970, and subsequently indie- ted on two counts of violation of Ohio Revised Code, §2903.-01. On April 27, 1970, the State nolled the first count and defendant pled guilty to the lesser included offense in the second count known in street parlance as indecent exposure (Tr. 7, Hearing of April 27, 1970).
