EASTERBROOK, Circuit Judge.
A dispute between a tiny railroad in New England and one of its unions threatens to disrupt rail transportation throughout the United States. Concluding that any legal system that allows this to occur would deserve Mr. Bumble’s condemnation, the district court issued an injunction against the union’s picketing. The railroads defend the injunction on the principal ground that Congress could not have meant railroads, alone among America’s principal industries, to be exposed to secondary picketing.
