State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance v. Sommers
Missouri Court of Appeals
1Opinion of the Court
ROBERT G. DOWD, Jr., Presiding Judge.
Sandra Sommers appeals from the judgment in favor of State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (“State Farm”) in which the court found State Farm was not hable to her for underinsured motor vehicle coverage. Sommers argues the trial court erred by failing to consider the language of the policy as a whole; in that the language of Coverage W, Limit of Liability provision, and the language of Other Underinsured Motor Vehicle Coverage provision are irreconcilable and create an ambiguity. 1 We affirm.
