| Relator, Emily Dean (hereinafter “Dean”), seeks supervisory writs from the judgment of the trial court, which denied Relator’s exception of no cause of action.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

This case involves a child custody dispute over a minor child born to Relator and Plaintiff, Christopher Cloud (hereinafter “Cloud”), on July 21, 2013.
