The appeal raises basically the question of the sufficiency and the propriety of the proof of heirship. Joseph Shega was born March 17, 1878, in Tinsko, Austria (now Yugoslavia), and came to the United States, was naturalized, married, divorced, and died without children. There was testimony by the administrator, Robert E. Warnimont, who had known the decedent for twenty years, that he had no relatives.
