FLAUM, Circuit Judge.

Byron James Miller, the defendant-appellant, appeals his conviction for possession of heroin with intent to distribute, arguing that the district court erred in refusing to grant his requests for a mistrial based on allegedly improper expert testimony and possible prosecutorial misconduct. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm the decision of the district court.
