Respondent Keith Goad (“Goad”) brought an action in the Circuit Court of Stone County in three counts against Appellants Edward H. Ulrich and Mynette J. Ulrich, husband and wife, (collectively, “the Ulriches”), seeking to quiet title to and eject the Ulriches from Lot 8 in Block 11 of Twin Island Heights and to obtain a mandatory injunction against the Ulriches to remove all improvements from said Lot 8.
