The Sheriff of Bexar County brought this suit against the Commissioners’ Court of said county .and others, to restrain the defendants from interfering with the alleged right of the sheriff to employ and discharge the court house engineer, janitors and elevator operators, jail guards and jail matrons, and county traffic officers.
