ORDER DENYING MOTION OF DEBTORS FOR RECONSIDERATION OF ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

On April 19, 1988, this court issued its written order dismissing the within chapter 11 proceedings and directing debtors’ counsel to return any and all attorney’s fees to the debtors. The debtors filed a motion for reconsideration, which was denied by the bankruptcy court on May 3, 1988. The debtors filed their notice of appeal on May 9, 1988.
