Pannell, Judge.

1. Where, on June 12, 1964, the defendants granted to plaintiffs an option to purchase certain corporate stock “if within twenty-four (24) months of the date” thereof certain events do not occur, and such option agreement did not fix a time limitation for the exercise thereof, it must be exercised immediately upon the expiration of the twenty-four months or within a reasonable time thereafter.
