On October 21, 2004, this Court issued an order denying a motion for summary judgment (“the Order”) by defendant Ar-bella Mutual Insurance Co. (“Arbella”). The Order stated, however, that if Arbella did not receive certain documents from the plaintiffs, Theresa Romano, Concetta Romano and the L.R.
