Before the Court is a Motion for Remand filed by Plaintiffs St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center and St. Mary’s Medical Group Inc. (together, “St. Mary’s”); and Richard R. Bryan, Jr., Frank P. Carrea, Ram M. Challapalli, Sridevi Challapalli, Devang M. Desai, Eric M. Drummer, Joseph Stevenson, and Kosta M. Arger (“the Cardiologists”) (dkt. nos. 15, 16).
