| Appellant appeals from his conviction by jury of rape. His sole point on appeal is that there was insufficient evidence to support his conviction. We affirm.
On February 24, 2015, appellee filed an information charging appellant with one count of rape, a Class Y felony, pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated section 5-14-103. A jury trial in the matter was held on September 28 and 29, 2015. After the State rested, appellant moved for a directed verdict, which the circuit court denied.
