John Doe appeals the trial court’s judgment in favor of Quest Diagnostics Clinical Laboratories, Inc. (Quest Laboratories) on Mr. Doe’s claim for wrongful disclosure of his Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) test results in violation of Missouri statutory requirements.
