This was a bill in equity brought by the appellee, as complainant, against A. Y. McDonald & Morrison Manufacturing Company, to enjoin it from making its manufactured products in imitation of complainant’s. On the application for a preliminary injunction, the same was denied. 132 Fed. 585. On final hearing (164 Fed. 1001), the decree was for the complainant.
