The grand jury of Pulaski County returned two indictments against the defendant, John Henry Warren, one for burglary and the other for assault with intent to commit rape. In the burglary case he is accused of having entered a certain dwelling house in the city of Little Rock for the purpose of committing the crime of rape, the same crime which he is accused in the other case of attempting to commit.
