On January 12, 1972, a collision between the M/V ENTERPRISE and its tow and the M/V BUCCANNEER and its tow, occurred on the Intracoastal Waterway. At that time, the M/V ENTERPRISE was being operated by Le-Beouf Bros. Towing Co., Inc. (hereinafter referred to as LeBeouf). The M/V BUCCANNEER was owned and operated by Bareboat Charter Co., Inc. (hereinafter referred to as Bareboat). Joseph A.
