Gregory Allen (“Appellant”) appeals from his conviction for possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute. He filed a motion to suppress evidence on the grounds that “any alleged consent was not voluntary and understandingly and knowingly given.” Appellant’s motion was overruled. Based upon his motion to suppress, Appellant objected at trial to the admission of evidence.
