OPINION AND ORDER

SESSIONS, District Judge.

Defendant William A. Hunter (“Hunter”) has filed a motion to suppress the evidence and the fruits thereof obtained from a search of his house at approximately 4 a.m. on June 9, 1995. Hunter challenges the constitutionality of the warrant and its execution on several grounds: (1) the warrant was not supported by probable cause; (2) a nighttime search was unreasonable; (3) the warrant was impermissibly overbroad;' and (4) the warrant was executed improperly , 1 For the reasons that follow, Hunter’s motion is denied.
