I. Introduction

Appellant Monterio Desha Hill appeals his two convictions for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; namely, cocaine and eestacy. 1 In twenty-five points, Hill argues that the trial court erred by denying his motion to suppress evidence; that the trial court erred by admitting photos of a gun found by police during a search of Hill’s sport utility vehicle (SUV); that the trial court erred by overruling his objections to comments made by the prosecutor during closing arguments; and that he received ineffective assistance of counsel…
