THEIS, District Judge.
This matter comes before the court for final disposition after a three day bench trial. Plaintiff claims her termination of employment from defendant Beech Aircraft Corporation (“Beech”) was in retaliation for failing to give testimony favorable to Beech in an EEOC investigation in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-3(a), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, § 704(a), and an implied employment contract under Morriss v.
