In an action to foreclose a mortgage, the defendants Nadine Jean, Erick Laurent, Raymond Laurent, Suity Daniel, Ronald Joseph, Delano Fritz Laurent, Jean Claude Laurent, and Lionel Joseph appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Partnow, J.), dated January 10, 2012, as granted that branch of the plaintiffs motion which was for summary judgment dismissing the counterclaim asserted by the defendants Nadine Jean, Erick Laurent, Raymond Laurent, and Delano Fritz Laurent.
