THIS MATTER is before the court on review of defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment (# 69). In accordance with Roseboro v. Garrison, 528 F.2d 309 (4th Cir.1975), this court entered an Order (# 71), advising plaintiff, who is proceeding pro se, of his obligations in responding to that motion and allowing him time within which to file his response and supporting affidavits and/or other evidence.
