Defendants Jon Husted, the Secretary of State of Ohio, and Mike DeWine, the Attorney General of Ohio (collectively the “State”), joined by Intervenors representing numerous military service associations (“Intervenors”), appeal from the district court’s order granting Plaintiffs’ motion for a preliminary injunction.
