This action was brought by appellees (as plaintiffs below) against appellants and other stockholders of The Independence Town & Mining Company to recover from them, as such stockholders, certain sums alleged to have been received by them as dividends, in fraud of the rights of plaintiffs as judgment creditors of the said mining company. It is further alleged that, prior to the 26th day of January, 1901, a judgment was rendered in the county court of Arapahoe county against one B. F.
