Appellant, R. Stephen McNally, complains of the trial court’s granting of summary judgment in favor of appellees, Joseph Guevara and Maria Trevino. We will affirm.

STATEMENT OF FACTS

In November 1979, McNally purchased the house at 602 Elmwood for use as multiple tenant housing. The purchase included a separate grant of “an easement for driveway purposes” (“the driveway easement”) over 600 Elmwood, appellees’ property.
