Plaintiff, Frederick John Shafron, appeals the district court's order affirming the revocation of his driver's license by defendant, the Colorado Department of Revenue (Department), for refusing to submit to testing as required by section 42-2-126, C.R.8.2007, the express consent law. We affirm.
