This action was instituted by Mike Davidson against the American Liquid Gas Corporation and C. E. Coen for damages to the respondent’s dwelling, house and contents alleged to have been caused by the negligence of the appellants in permitting Butane gas to escape during the transfer of the gas from a tank truck of the appellants to two storage tanks installed by the respondent on his premises. The gas was procured from the appellant corporation for use as fuel in the respondent’s home.
